1. International freight compensation

The procurement platform waives basic international shipping fees for imported materials such as integrated circuits (ICs)

When some models (such as fans, cables, modules, etc.) are overweight due to large purchase quantity, large volume or heavy weight, customers need to pay the excess freight difference. In case of overweight, our customer service staff will contact you to remind you to pay the freight.

 

2. Tariffs, commodity inspection, 3C fees

According to the national customs regulations, the import duty-free non-integrated circuit components (such as relays, bandpass filters, attenuators, various modules, cables, etc.) of integrated circuits (IC) may require an additional 3%-12% of tariff switches, fuses, gas discharge tubes, etc., which require commodity inspection and 3C certification fees.If the order you submit contains models that need to pay customs duties or other customs declaration fees, our customer service staff will inform you as soon as possible and inform you of the relevant matters of replenishment.

 

 

3. About Embargoed Models

Strictly comply with the relevant export restrictions of overseas suppliers, but any models involved in export restrictions/embargoes will not be ordered, depending on the supplier's shipment. Sometimes it may happen that you are temporarily notified that you are within the scope of export restrictions/embargoes before shipping and need to cancel the order and refund. We will not be liable for any losses arising therefrom. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

 

4. Order review mechanism

Due to possible customs duties and embargoes on goods, an order review mechanism is set up. After the user successfully submits the order, the customer service staff needs to confirm the order. Payment can be made only after there are no issues. The specific status of the order review can be viewed by logging into the member center or contacting customer service online for details.

 

5. Model data update delay problem

All data on the website except for self-operated products are from the corresponding suppliers, which are basically guaranteed to be updated in real time. However, due to the fact that the supplier's inventory data is open to the world or the supplier's website itself is not updated in a timely manner, there may be some errors in the spot price and inventory quantity you see when purchasing. If the order status is updated to "Confirmed Order" after a successful order, please pay as soon as possible to avoid any changes in price and inventory quantity. If you have any questions, our customer service staff will contact you as soon as possible.
