
1. Conditions for after-sales service acceptance
1). Customers who need to return or exchange goods due to incorrect quantities received, model mismatches, or product quality issues can submit a return or exchange application within two weeks after receiving the goods. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2). For return or exchange products, please务必 retain the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner fillers) and ensure the product label is intact. The product label is the only proof for Shenzhen Detai Cheng Electronics Co., Ltd. and suppliers to coordinate returns or exchanges. If it is lost, returns or exchanges will not be possible.
3). If a return is requested due to product quality issues, the customer must provide a detailed English version of the performance test report as the basis for negotiation between Shenzhen Detaicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. and the supplier. If necessary, a third-party English test report agreed upon by both parties must also be provided.
4). Orders with invoices issued need to return the invoices after the return or exchange application is approved.
2. Situations where after-sales service is not accepted
1). The original product packaging and shipping labels are damaged and missing.
2). Products that have been used/tested on the machine.
3). Delivery time exceeds two weeks (based on the courier's signature date).
4). Invoice issued, lost.
5). Mistakes in ordering or wrong orders caused by the customer's own reasons.
3. Submission of after-sales steps
1) Users can search for completed orders that need after-sales service application in the 【Member Center】—【My Orders】page by searching the order number or product model, click "Apply for After-Sales Service", as shown:

4. After-sales service processing time
After the user submits the after-sales application, the customer service personnel of Shenzhen Detaicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. will handle and respond within two business days.
